1. Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Manufactured on Demand: Some products are made specially for you and require 1-4 business days for manufacturing before shipping.

2. Shipping Methods:

- For products shipped from Aspen, including the Aspen Edition Beanies, Spatial Snowboard Hoodies, and Magnetic Premium Goggles, we use USPS Priority Mail within the United States and USPS Priority Mail International for international shipping.

- Depending on the order and warehouse location, we utilize UPS, DHL, USPS, or FedEx for products shipped from various locations, including different warehouses.

- We provide FREE SHIPPING within the US for orders over $100.

- The shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process.

- Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

- In some cases, orders may be split and shipped from multiple locations, resulting in separate shipments for different items.

3. International Shipping:

At Skade, we're excited to announce that we now offer international shipping! To confirm if we ship to your country, please check our scrolling list in the country selector on our homepage.


❌ NO Returns for International Orders: Due to the complexities of international shipping, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for orders with international shipping.

4. Shipping Destinations:

Skade currently ships to addresses within the United States and internationally to select countries. See our country selector to find out what international destinations we ship to. 

5. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Use the provided tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

6. Shipping Delays:

Skade is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues.
If there is a significant delay, we will do our best to inform you and work towards a resolution.

7. Shipping Address:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
Skade is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the selected shipping address and method at checkout.
Free shipping is available for orders over $100 in United States, as indicated on our website.

9. Returns Due to Non-Delivery:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
