Refund policy

You have 30 days to return any item for free.
If you did not like it, were unsatisfied, it arrived damaged, or you simply don’t want it anymore, you can return it for free within 30 days—as long as the item is in new condition, with original tags and packaging.

To start a return, log in to your account using the email from your order, download the return label, and follow the instructions. You can also reach us at hello@skadewear.com or via our chat widget if you need help.

Return Conditions:
• Item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.
• Receipt or proof of purchase required.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
• Gift cards
• Orders shipped outside the United States
• Products purchased from the 40% Winter Sale
• Items from the SKADE OUTLET Collection — FINAL SALE. No returns or refunds accepted.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For EU customers, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Item must meet the same return conditions mentioned above.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Note: For canceled orders or returns over $300, a 3.5% non-refundable processing fee may apply to cover payment processor costs.
